While Sanju Samson scored a half-century for Kerala, Ajinkya Rahane, Suryakumar Yadav and Deepak Hooda also shone. Gujarat captain and Sanju’s IPL teammate Urvil Patel played the most impressive innings. Gujarat crushed Services by eight wickets on the strength of Urvil who scored a century in 31 balls. Batting first, Services scored 189 runs in 20 overs while Gujarat chased down the target in 12.3 overs.

Opener Urvil Patel scored 119 runs off 37 balls accompanied by 10 sixes and 12 fours. Co-opener Arya Desai scored 60 off 35 balls.
