R1 RCM Appoints chris Ricaurte as CFO, Dan Bise as EVP

R1 RCM has announced key leadership changes, naming Chris Ricaurte as Chief Financial Officer and Dan Bise as Executive Vice President of corporate Advancement and Strategy.
R1 RCM has appointed Chris Ricaurte as CFO and Dan Bise as executive vice president of corporate development and strategy.
According to a June 11 news release, Mr. Ricaurte rejoined R1 in February as chief change officer. He previously served as R1’s CFO from 2013 to 2019. Before returning to R1, Mr. Ricaurte held positions as CFO and COO of VillageMd and co-CEO of Parsley Health.
Mr. Bise was most recently a partner at Tailwind Capital and previously served as senior vice president of corporate development at Change Healthcare. In his new role, Mr. Bise will spearhead R1’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities across the company’s business lines.
