The visit also included a masterclass titled Boss about own brain, led by Quardin coaches. This session explored the influence of unconscious thoughts on daily life. Queen Máxima correctly guessed that 95% of our thoughts are unconscious, highlighting the importance of understanding and managing these cognitive processes.
