The presidents of China, Xi Jinping, and Russia, Vladimir Putin, talked this Sunday in Tianjin about several issues, particularly related to the latest contacts between Moscow and the United States.

Russia is one of the six founding members of the OCS, which is currently nine other countries, while 16 are as observers or dialogue partners.

Although the organization was established in 2001 to satisfy the need for security cooperation, gradually became a platform for deep collaboration in multiple fields.
One of the main objectives of the current summit is the deepening of commercial and economic exchanges in the region in the middle of a complex international scenario marked by the growing protectionism of the United States.
