The month of September has brought worrying surprises to many beneficiaries of Cemig Saúde PSI. High paycheck values, adjustment of additional readjustments and slips have generated doubts and seizure among workers and their families. - 60.5% readjustment retroactive
From June to August 2025, PSI adjustments were not fully applied. Now, in September, the beneficiaries are paying the accumulated retroactive amounts, in addition to the September installment already readjusted by 60.5%.
For a holder with an income of $ 10,000 and dependents, for example, the total discount may exceed $ 3,800, considering the retroactive holder, special dependents and complementary contributions.
2. Installments related to collective bargaining
In addition to the readjustment, workers are bearing 20% of the employer, according to the collective bargaining decision. Although it seems a lower value, this charge also significantly impacts the family budget.
3. Slips issued for non -discounted values
If the paycheck does not compare the total amount, the surpluses will be charged via ticket, due on October 15, 2025. It is essential to be aware of the dates to avoid default and complications.
4. Installment: Attention to the rules
Payment of slips can be paid in up to 24 times, but it is important to observe some rules:
- If there is overdue ticket, the new must be paid in installments with the previous one.
- Open installments require the payment of 50% of previous installments to request a new one.
- Delays greater than 60 days may result in the exclusion of the health plan.
5. Understand the terms and descriptions
Many workers report difficulty understanding the items of paycheck and slips, such as “holder contribution, with dependent, ma” or “special dependent over 59 years”. See what they mean:
- Holder: Main beneficiary, that is, the worker, assisted or pensioner, who maintains the plan.
- With dependent (CO): Beneficiaries who have direct dependents, spouse and children up to 24 years.
- MA (previous month): Refers to retroactive charges-amounts of previous months that were not paid or readjusted later.
- Special Dependent: Children, over 24, grandchildren of any age and parents.
- Over 59 years: indicates the age group of the dependent, which influences the monthly fee, as older people require greater assistance.
