Sony did not start 2026 with a new promotion, but it was decided to… expand the December list. As a result, players can buy even more games on sale.
Sony started the Winter Sale in PlayStation Store in mid-December. The corporation could have easily launched a completely new January promotion, but this time it was decided to take a different step – the current offer was simply significantly expanded.
The company has officially added more titles to the sale, so players can choose from many more discounts. This is good news for those who were counting on new opportunities but did not want to wait for the next promotional campaign to start.
Currently, the PlayStation Store Winter Sale includes as many as 5,668 products. In practice, this means almost all of last year’s most important premieres, big hits from recent months, but also a lot of older, still highly appreciated productions.
Among the new and discounted games, we can find real, high-profile names such as Forza Horizon 5, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Battlefield 6, ARC Raiders, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Borderlands 4, Mafia: The Old Sides and Death Stranding 2. As you can see, the offer is very diverse – from racing and shooters to RPGs and action games.
Of course, this is only a small part of the entire promotion. The Winter Sale has been so extensive that every PS5 (and PS4) owner will easily find something for themselves – both when looking for big hits and smaller, more ambitious productions.
