All’s well that ends well. But a lot can happen before then – from deviations from plans to additional requirements or disruptions in the team. In this training you will gain the knowledge you need to always keep an overview. To proactively manage your project and bring it to a successful conclusion. You will learn how to design the process (project management process) of a project in an appropriate manner, from project planning through controlling to project completion.
Another area of successful project management is social skills, i.e. the ability to work successfully with a project team. Experienced project managers reflect on their leadership behavior in difficult project situations and shape it positively – even under seemingly hopeless conditions. You will learn theoretically and in exercises methods that you can use to adapt to the requirements of a project manager.
