Created in 1991, Ares is an associative group with a strong social, environmental and economic impact, achieving €60 million in operating income in 2025. Around twenty companies and springboard structures make it up today, located mainly in Ile-de-France, in Auv.-Rhône-Alpes and in New Aquitaine. Our activities cover 5 sectors : logistics, construction, circular economy, digital, vineyards – green spaces. Our main aim is to encourage the return to employment of vulnerable people: long-term unemployed, RSA beneficiaries, people with disabilities, new arrivals, etc.
Our belief: no one is unemployable. We thus promote the remobilization of 4,500 people per yearsupported through pathways to employment to restore their confidence and autonomy. Our action is anchored in strong values of commitment, kindness, team spirit, trust and professionalism. And since 2022, we are labeled Great Place to Work.
Within the Group, LOG‘INS is a Social Joint Venture created in 2011 with the company GXOa leading global provider of logistics solutions. Log’ins markets fine logistics services (e-commerce, advertising-promotional and co-packing) via 3 establishments: Villabe (91), Lieusaint (77), Saint Vulbas (01). In 2025, Log’Ins supported more than 300 people with disabilities.
