On Tuesday, Bodø/Glimt can secure the quarter-final ticket in the Champions League.
The Bodøværing secured a fantastic starting point last week at Aspmyra with 3-0.

The day before the day in Portugal’s capital, Kjetil Knutsen meets the press.
He quickly got into the topic of conversation about the fact that Glimt has not been in season, and thus has been able to focus fully on CL.
– It is extremely difficult because we will end the season on 11 December. We had a very short off-season, and then the players were good at looking after themselves. But being in combat rhythm is a big advantage, he says.
He continues:
– When you get into a match rhythm with an enormous load, it can be a minus. It depends on how the matches go and what kind of performance you deliver. I believe that it was an advantage for us when we met City, when they were on a downward curve and had a number of injuries, he elaborates.
Stands out
Knutsen goes into detail about the situation Glimt is now facing with increasingly professionalisation.
The Bodøværingen, for example, went to Marbella to recharge for the fateful match in Portugal.
Nevertheless, they stand out in the exclusive CL company.
When asked about the margins that characterize the world of football, confronted with the fact that Glimt stands out by, for example, not closing training sessions, he replies:
– I think we have very little to hide. We’re going to be an open club, and sometimes it’s just a matter of getting some peace. Maybe when you work with set pieces, it’s nice to close a training session, but I think we should be an open and inclusive club.
– I have very few problems with people, with the stadium being completely open. It’s going great. I don’t think that’s where the games are decided.
– Fantastic
Glimt’s midfield machine, Sondre Brunstad Fet, also met the press on Monday.
He set the tone in the first match with a penalty kick. For that he was awarded the best on the pitch award by UEFA.
Now he is looking forward to the big game.
– It will be a fantastic challenge for us to see how well we stand in terms of performance. So it is clear that as soon as we start thinking about the result and start to become defensive, and are not ourselves, then this game can live, he says.
He believes it is a slightly different Sporting edition they meet in the second leg.
– I guess they will come out with a lot of energy and try to put us under a good pressure. And then I am sure that we will be ready to match them, he says.
