The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at LMU encompasses a wide range of geoscientific disciplines, including geology, paleontology & geobiology, magmatic petrology & volcanology, geomaterials and geophysics. The department’s interdisciplinary research and teaching aim to gain in-depth scientific knowledge about planet Earth and its interactions in time and space.
We are looking for you:
at the Munich location
These are your tasks:
- You work on different machine tools, including CNC machines
- You plan work processes, set up machine tools, and process metals using exciting processes such as turning, milling, and filing
- You check work results.
This is you:
- You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (intermediate school leaving certificate).
- You enjoy technology and mechanical-technical processes.
- You have a good technical understanding and spatial imagination.
- You enjoy practical work and working with machines and tools.
- You like working in a team.
This is our offer:
Your workplace is centrally located in Munich and can be easily reached by public transport. We offer you an interesting and responsible training position with possible opportunities to be taken on. The classification is based on TVA-L BBiG. Applications from women are welcomed.
