BRATISLAVA – Actress Dominika Kavaschová is getting back in shape. Although it is often difficult for her to exercise due to lack of sleep, she does not slack off. For exercise, she also reached for modern conveniences that help her reach her goal.

Dominika Kavaschová is a mother of two. Motherhood is one of the most beautiful, but at the same time the most demanding periods in a woman’s life. At the moment, she devotes herself fully to her two children, while the younger son William requires the most time. The actress enjoys motherhood with everything that belongs to it – with love, joy, but also fatigue. Many women know that pregnancy can leave traces on the figure, and getting back in shape requires time, patience and determination.

After two births, Dominika decided that it was the right moment to start paying more attention to herself again. “Since new projects are coming up and I’m already a year after giving birth, I’m putting myself together.” she confided honestly. Returning to the work pace is a motivation for her, but at the same time she approaches herself with respect and without unnecessary pressure. Finding the time and energy for regular exercise is probably the hardest part of motherhood. The baby requires attention even at night, so mothers often have very little sleep. This is also Dominika’s case.

Fatigue and lack of sleep can significantly affect the desire and strength to do sports, so she decided to help herself in other ways. She reached for boxed food, which helps her keep control of her caloric intake, and at the same time adheres to a time-limited diet between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. “Highly recommend” she messaged fans, indicating that this regimen suits her and brings results. In addition to adjusting her diet, she also completed a consultation at a beauty clinic. She was interested in modern technology aimed at reducing fat cells.

“I was interested in one of their devices that destroys fat cells. Painless – you just lie down and heat and cold alternate,” she admitted. It is a non-invasive method, which, according to her, is safe and suitable even for women who are afraid of procedures. “It’s safe, non-invasive. I’m a big fighter, so I studied about it and I’m going to try it. Well… there was a lady there at the time and she praised it to the heavens that she lost weight beautifully after a few times. I’d rather exercise, so I regularly go to pilates and do exercises at home, but I don’t always have the strength and I’m glad that I am.” she added honestly.
