Port Said Girl’s Death: Forensic Report Reveals Cause

The forensic report on the murder of the girl Fatima Yasser Khalil, known in the media as the “Port Said Girl,” who was killed inside her fiancé’s family home in the southern region, revealed traces of strangulation and scattered bruises on her body, which confirmed the presence of criminal suspicion in the incident.

Traces of strangulation and bruises on the body

The report explained that after examining the victim’s body, it was found that there were traces of strangulation around the neck area, in addition to bruises and abrasions on the feet and hands, and obvious swelling of the face, which are injuries that suggested that she had been assaulted before her death.

Investigations reveal a criminal suspicion

The medical inspection and examination indicated that these injuries indicate the presence of criminal suspicion in the death, which prompted the security services to intensify investigations and detain those inside the house where the incident occurred to question them about the circumstances of the accident.

The incident occurred inside her fiancé’s house

The details of the incident go back to the 16-year-old girl, Fatima Yasser Khalil, being found dead inside her fiancé’s family home in the South neighborhood in Port Said, while she was there to break the fast with them during the month of Ramadan.
