This item can be used to start “Extreme Training”, and after completion, it can improve one of the Pokémon’s abilities.

Trainers, GO Battle League:Season 24: An ever-changing storyIt’s going to be a huge season! The season kicks off with a Tier Reset, a tight weekly rotation, GO Battle Weekends, and the biggest update we haven’t seen in a while.

These include a 45-second replacement timer, extensive move balance adjustments, and a host of newly available moves that will reshape the playing environment for both Limited and Open competitions.

GO Battle League Season 24 will be held in September 3, 2025 (Wednesday) 4:00 am start. At the start of the season:
