Case: Server Prahain.cz at the end of 2024 obtained piece of information from the inspection protocol, which was ordered by the Minister of Health Vlastimil Válek (TOP 09) in this prestigious medical facility.

The lowest price was won by Prague stock SAJ.
“As part of the bids for tenders, we generally follow the internal processes that are in accordance with the Atalian Group. We are not able to comment on the creation of other companies’ offers, we do not know their internal settings and processes,” said one of the subjects registered in the cleaning contract. We were particularly interested in what to explain the distinctive, thirteen million difference between the winning and their offer. However, the spokeswoman Kateřina Božková did not want to clarify that.
The winning company SAJ did not respond to our questions.
However, the inspectors pointed out a different connection. On August 10, 2022, Amendment No. 1 was concluded on the contract on October 24, 2022, 26 January 2023, 26, 26 April fourth and 30th June 2023 fifth.
