Polda Metro Jaya has scheduled a special case regarding the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on Monday, December 15 2025. Jokowi’s party is ready to attend this special event.
“We will attend a special case according to the invitation letter from Polda Metro Jaya,” said Jokowi’s attorney Rivai Kusumanegara when contacted, Sunday (14/12/2025).
Rivai said that the case title could not discuss the defense of the suspects in the case. He hopes that the case involving Roy Suryo et al can be immediately transferred to court.

“The hope is that all the problems considered by the suspects can be answered and then the case will immediately be transferred to trial through the public prosecutor,” he explained.
“The trial can also be followed by the media and the public, so that the problem is clear and not overlooked.framing only certain parties,” he added.
As is known, the special case title was filed by the suspect Roy Suryo cs. The special case will be held on Monday (15/12) at 10.00 WIB.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto said that the special case hearing would be attended by the Inspector General, Propam, Kompolnas and the Ombudsman.
“So on Monday a special event will be held, it will be attended by internal and external parties. For example, from Irwasum, from Propam, Divkum, and externally there are Kompolnas, Ombudsman, we will attend this,” said Budi, Saturday (13/12).

Police previously named eight people as suspects in connection with allegations of fake Jokowi diplomas. The other prayer is Roy Suryo.

3 second cluster suspects:
1. RS
2. RHS
3. TT
The suspects in this second cluster are subject to Article 310 and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 paragraph 1 juncto Article 48 paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 juncto Article 51 paragraph 1 and/or Article 27A juncto Article 45 paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 paragraph (2) juncto Article 45A paragraph (2) of the ITE Law.
