PT PLN (Persero) opens job vacancies through the General Recruitment of PLN Group 2025 from 1-5 October 2025. This recruitment is a form of contribution of the Company to the development of human resources (HR) in the energy sector.
PLN’s Managing Director, Darmawan Prasodjo said this step was part of PLN’s commitment to strengthen national energy security while supporting the achievement of the Indonesia Gold 2045 vision.
“Through this recruitment, PLN invites Indonesia’s young generation to join, contribute and become part of the transformation of clean energy, the development of reliable electricity infrastructure, and digitalization of the electricity system towards Indonesia Emas 2045,” Darmawan said in a written statement, Tuesday (30/9/2025).

Director of Legal and Human Capital PLN Management, Yusuf Didi Setiarto detailed this recruitment open for Diploma 3 (D3) graduates, Bachelor/Diploma 4 (S1/D4), and Masters (S2) from various relevant majors. Registration can be done online through the official website recruitment.pln.co.id.
“PLN is committed to presenting a professional, transparent and performance -based recruitment process. We invite the nation’s best talents to join in ensuring equitable, just and sustainable energy access,” Didi said.
In this year’s recruitment, PLN also opened up opportunities for disabled to contribute to developing the national energy sector. Thus it is expected to bring the optimism of the young generation of Indonesia in the midst of various global challenges and dynamics.
“This program is a form of support for the principle of social inclusion in employment, as well as expanding access to disabled to work in the national energy sector,” he said.
PLN appealed to job applicants to be careful of the rampant fraud related to employee recruitment in the name of PLN. It is certain that there is no correspondence related to recruitment and does not collect any fees as long as the applicant follows the selection held by PLN.
In addition, there is no refund system or replacement of transportation and accommodation costs related to the implementation of selection.
“For recruitment, we emphasize, PLN does not charge any fees to recruitment participants or prospective employees. Registration is only carried out through the official website of recruitment.pln.co.id,” concluded Didi.
