Darmawan Prasodjo Re-Appointed as President Director of PT PLN (Persero)

JAKARTA – Darmawan Prasodjo has been re-established as the President Director of PT PLN (persero) following the results of the Shareholders’ Umut Meeting (RUPS) held on Thursday, june 18, 2025.
The PLN GMS took place at the Ministry of BUMN Building in Jakarta, with several PLN commissioners present at 14.55 WIB.
darmawan Prasodjo was re-appointed as the President Director (Managing Director) of PLN. The board of directors has been expanded from 10 to 11 members.
Shintya Roesly will also return to her position as PLN Finance Director.
Edi Srimulyanti has been appointed as Director of Retail and Commerce, and Wiluyo Kusdwiharto as Director of Project Management and New Renewable Energy.
New appointments to the PLN Directorate include Edwin Nugraha Putra as Director of Transmission and System Planning, Rizal Calvary Marimbo as Director of Power Plant Management, and Arsyadany Ghana Akmalaaputri as Director of Distribution.
The board of commissioners has also been restructured, with bambang Eko Suhariyanto, the Deputy Minister of State Secretary (Wamensetneg), replacing Susiwijono Moegiarso as PLN Commissioner.
