What began as a routine trip turned precarious when the plane carrying Alexander Zverev was struck by lightning. Zverev had just been defeated by Frenchman alexandre Müller in Hamburg. He is slated to compete against American Learner Tien (ranked 67th globally) on Sunday. According to reports, the incident forced the aircraft to make an emergency landing.
