Law enforcement responded to a call from a hotel at gardermoen airport concerning a disruptive individual. Upon arrival, officers encountered a french national in his mid-30s, identified as a pilot for an international airline, exhibiting signs of severe intoxication.

Melissa Krog, the operations manager, described the scene to VG, stating, When we arrived, he was without shoes and appeared to be in a significantly impaired state. The pilot’s behavior escalated to include threatening a receptionist and generally causing a nuisance to other hotel guests.

The pilot’s inebriated state was further compounded by his disorientation within the hotel. He reportedly struggled to locate his room and repeatedly used the wrong elevator, adding to the overall chaos. Hotel staff, concerned by his escalating behavior, contacted the police for assistance.

According to Krog,He was quickly placed in restraints due to his aggressive behavior. he is intoxicated and argumentative with the police. He is currently being held here to sober up.
