Global sports brand PUMA and the Professional Game Match Officials (PGMOL) have announced a multi-year partnership. PUMA will become the official kit partner, providing high-performance apparel for match officials in both men’s and women’s professional football.

Starting with the 2025/26 season, officials in the Premier League, EFL, National League, and WSL Football competitions will wear the new PUMA match and training kit. the kit’s design is intended to reflect the evolving nature of modern football.

This declaration follows PUMA’s recent partnership with the Premier League, which included the introduction of the new official match ball.

HOWARD WEBB, PGMOL Chief Refereeing Officer, emphasized the importance of the partnership. “This multi-year agreement with PUMA will provide our officials with high-performance sports apparel for many years, recognising the pride and professionalism they display every time they step onto the pitch at a progressive time for refereeing,” he said.

WEBB added, “Officials are an essential part of the game – without them, we have no competition. This new era of refereeing is all about delivering excellence now and inspiring the next generation for the future, and we’re excited to bring that to life with PUMA.”
