The Ministry of Public Health, under the leadership of Dr. Luis Medina Ruiz and with the permanent support of Governor Osvaldo Jaldo, continues to promote professional training and update spaces for the benefit of the community.
On this occasion, the Avellaneda hospital host the talk Join Akarispecialist at the Ramos Mejía Hospital and national reference in the study of abnormal movements. The meeting brought together specialists from all over the province, who were able to exchange experiences and knowledge about one of the most frequent neurological diseases.
The hosts of the meeting were the doctors Daniel Guction, Sofía Castillo Kairuz y Luciana Rojas Vásquezneurologists of the Avellaneda hospital, who highlighted the importance of having instances of training this level in Tucumán.
“It was an honor to receive Dr. Arakari, who shared not only her clinical experience, but also the most recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease, in particular the latest generation surgeries,” said Dr. Daniela Grací. In addition, he stressed that patient selection criteria for surgical interventions and new minimally invasive alternatives were addressed, although they are not yet available in the province, they represent a promising horizon.
This update space allowed Tucuman specialists to enrich their daily practice with tools that will result in better diagnoses and treatments for patients. “Each training of this magnitude has a direct impact on the quality of attention that our citizens receive,” Grací said.
