Outreach Talent Group has launched a Sports division to provide a new model for athlete growth and long-term careers.
The London-based agency has established a Sports division to support athletes and sports broadcasters across brand partnerships, content creation, podcasts, publishing, broadcasting and entertainment. The division’s roster includes Jess Breach, Matty Lee, Jenny Mannion, Montel McKenzie, Toby Addison, Alice Kinsella, Gio Russo and Harriet Prior.
The division focuses on helping athletes build personal brands and digital platforms to create long-term commercial value. Managers will work with a limited number of clients to provide hands-on, strategic support. The approach prioritises owned channels, including social media, to give athletes greater control over their public narrative and engagement with fans and brands.
OTG aims to support athletes throughout their competitive careers and beyond, enabling long-term opportunities in media, entrepreneurship and entertainment. The model also targets underrepresented groups in sport, including female athletes, offering a structure to build sustainable income and visibility.
The Sports division forms part of OTG’s broader agency structure, which includes Social & Digital, Entertainment & Broadcast, and Gaming, reflecting the agency’s focus on talent, media and digital strategy.
Amy Bryant-Jeffries, Managing Director of OTG, said,
“We have always believed in the power of talent owning their story to build a career with real longevity. Sport is an incredibly exciting space for that right now, particularly as athletes are increasingly becoming creators, broadcasters and entrepreneurs in their own right, and realising the power of social and digital media to help achieve their off-field goals.”
“A major focus for the division is women in sport – an area I’m extremely passionate about, where athletes need to rely more heavily on commercial opportunities beyond their sport due to lower earning potential within their sport. What makes OTG different is the level of care and attention we can give each person. We are building a credible alternative for athletes and brands who want a more strategic and collaborative way of working, and want to utilise all aspects of the new media industry.”
