Attracting big buyers including France’s Galeries Lafayette and Japan’s Issey Pharmacy
‘2025 Osong Cosmetics Beauty Industry Expo‘ will be held at Cheongju Osco from the 23rd to the 25th under the theme ‘Osong, Connecting the World at the Center of K-Beauty‘.

This expo, co-hosted by North Chungcheong Province and Cheongju City and organized by the Osong Bio Promotion Foundation, will feature approximately 230 domestic and foreign cosmetics companies, a 50% increase from last year, showcasing various latest products and technologies including skin care, makeup, functional cosmetics, and beauty devices.
In addition to leading domestic companies such as Amore Pacific and Celltrion Skin Cure, six overseas companies from Germany, China, Bulgaria, etc. are also scheduled to participate.
As it is held in an indoor specialized exhibition hall, visitor convenience facilities have also been expanded. Cheongju OSCO has 991 parking spaces, with paid parking available both indoors and outdoors, and for public transportation users, a shuttle bus will run every 20 minutes from Osong Station (bus charging station opposite Exit 3) to the event venue.
In particular, this year, through collaboration with new attraction organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce in Korea and the Korea Cosmetic Association, we attracted big buyers such as Galeries Lafayette, the largest department store in France, and Issey Pharmacy, which has about 410 chain pharmacies throughout Japan.
In addition, a bio-cosmetics conference attended by domestic and foreign cosmetics experts, a seminar on the latest material technology, K-beauty direction, clean beauty, and Korean cosmetics’ entry strategy into the European market will be held, and Seowon University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, French Chamber of Commerce in Korea, German Chamber of Commerce in Korea, KTR, and Chungbuk Cosmetics Association will participate.
Side events include the Cheongju Mayor’s Beauty Technology Contest, a beauty star & influencer talk show, and busking with local residents. In particular, the Kedeheon Cosplay Runway Show, which is attracting attention by ranking first on Netflix, and a special stage featuring comedian Uhm Ji-yoon, announcer Choi Hee, and influencer Ahn Eun-hyun are expected to attract the attention of visitors.
