Now the actor has put his up for sale villa in Malibu for 12 million dollars (almost 10.5 million euros at the current exchange rate). This house has been Bloom’s primary residence for over a decade and is located right on the ocean’s edge, serving as the British actor’s personal retreat.

Bloom purchased the property in 2011 for approximately 2.75 million dollars (2.53 million euros)when he was still married to model Miranda Kerr. Since then, the house has become one of the most spectacular homes in California and a place where he spent much of his personal and family life.

During these 15 years, Bloom has carried out several interventions to transform the original house, built in the 70sin a modern and bright space open to the Pacific, investing a considerable sum of money in renovation and modernization works.

If the sale goes through at the asking price, Bloom might quadruple the value paid for the property in 2011, thus closing a chapter of more than a decade in one of the most exclusive areas of California.
