Job Requirements

- Call center experience would be a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure a setup and a functional working environment for Telesales users
- Incident management on Telesales sites and escalation to the relevant teams if necessary
- User database administration
- On-site or remote intervention
- Technical support during interventions by external or internal teams
Administer, maintain and develop the telemarketing platform serving telesales
- Maintenance
- Creation of inbound/outbound campaign (Scripting)
- Evolution (callback rules, routing, etc.)
- SVI (development and evolution)
Exploitation of data from the Telemarketing platform for the team, Telesales as well as teams around telesales
- Reporting
- Extract
- Analyse et expertise
