Operation Influencer: Relao Defeats MP And Says…

The Lisbon Court of Appeal ruled this Wednesday on the appeals of the Public Ministry and defendants Vítor Escária and Diogo Lacerda Machado, within the scope of Operation Influencer. According to a judicial source, the judges “rejected” the MP’s appeal and upheld the defense of Escária and Lacerda, annulling the payment of the deposit as they considered that there was no “strong evidence”.
