Received by the Sports culture leisure association, Thursday January 8, for the publication of his novel We crossed pathsCédric Busque admits : “I didn’t expect that”, that is to say, to so many people and to so much kindness. However, nothing surprising, because this native of Olonzac, even “expatriated” to Narbonne, remains a child of the country. Two of his former school teachers had come to congratulate him on the progress he had made since he left the village at the age of 17, first called to the roads by his passion for music and singing. Then, while remaining faithful to his first loves, he left “looking for a real job”. He became a health executive in a sector where he developed his interest in psychology and his curiosity for the complexity of human characters. Cédric has always loved to observe and tell stories. He began to write scores on the tragedies of life: Alzheimer’s disease, the disenchantment of hearts… A juggler, today at 39 he is a writer, writing consultant, screenwriter, actor, director. His relaxed intervention delighted his audience with whom he shared his experience with emotion.
