The second EF-0 tornado in Ottawa County occurred northeast of Rocky Ridge. it touched down on the west side of Toussaint Portage Road and moved east,damaging trees and two homes. the tornado continued northeast to Genzman Road, losing intensity. though,the roof of a small barn on Fick Road was partially torn off before the tornado dissipated. The estimated maximum wind speed was 70 mph.

EF-1 Tornado Cuts through Huron and Lorain Counties
The third tornado, an EF-1, began near the intersection of US Route 20 and Hartland Center Road in Collins in Huron County and ended northwest of Kipton in Lorain County. The tornado damaged trees along itS path,with some trees and limbs falling onto residences,causing minor damage.
The tornado crossed Derussey Road, Wakeman Townline Road, and Fitchville river Road north of US 20 before approaching Wakeman.It continued northeast toward the huron-Lorain County line, entering Lorain County near the Firelands Boy Scout Reservation. The tornado continued across Gore Orphanage and Becker Roads, where there was minor roof damage to a home before dissipation.The estimated maximum speed of this tornado was 100 mph.
