O2 OnePlay Service Faces Criticism Amidst Customer Service Concerns

The rollout of O2’s new OnePlay service continues to draw criticism, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction over price increases and service functionality. This follows reports of issues faced by customers attempting to terminate unwanted services.

A seventy-two-year-old Prague resident, who uses multiple services including mobile phone, internet, and TV at home, as well as internet and a landline at her office, and her husband’s mobile phone under her account, reports a mixed experience with the OnePlay transition. “I paid Voyo for 159 crowns, when they transferred me to OnePlay, increased my tariff by 150 crowns, so I actually saved nine crowns,” she stated.

Her visit to O2 was prompted by an internet outage and a technician’s advice to replace her modem. “I will book it at the branch and you just pick it up there,” the technician reportedly said. Although her son typically manages such issues,she decided to handle this matter independently.
