More than 300 million DH. This is the envelope that will be injected into the Bouskoura Park Resort project in Nouaceur, for which the foundation stone has just been laid. This project is expected to generate more than 500 direct and indirect jobs. It marks a new stage in the tourist, economic and urban development of Bouskoura Ville Verte, in the Casablanca region, indicates a press release from Bouskoura Park.
In detail, the project was designed as an integrated urban resort with the aim of becoming a benchmark destination, combining high-end hotels, business tourism, well-being, culture, leisure and services, in the heart of a preserved natural environment. It will be built on a land base of 5.3 ha facing the Golf Casa Green Town and in the immediate vicinity of the Bouskoura forest. It is located less than 20 minutes from Mohammed V international airport and in direct proximity to major economic centers, notably Casablanca Finance City.
“Bouskoura Park is part of an ambitious territorial dynamic, in line with the evolution of Casablanca as the economic heart of the Kingdom,” underlines the press release.
The project is part of a demanding environmental approach and is engaged in an HQE certification process, reflecting a stated desire for sustainable and responsible integration. The program provides for a 5-star Radisson Blu Hotel with 119 rooms; a premium Conference and Events Center of more than 4,000 m²; a Business center integrating catering, service and leisure areas; as well as a Sport & Wellness center including a Fitness & Spa building and sports equipment.
