Ukraine Russia War, Last Minute | Ukrainian Air…

At the 719th day of the war in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Air Force said it had destroyed 14 of the 17 drones launched by Russia overnight and one Kh-59 cruise missile. He also said Russia launched long-range S-300 surface-to-air missiles, but did not say how many or whether they hit any targets.

US President Joe Biden described “scary and dangerous” his predecessor Donald Trump’s comments downplaying commitments to NATO and warned that the former president is trying to give Russian leader Vladimir Putin “the green light for more war.” and violence”.

Biden said this after Trump’s speech on Saturday that he could “encourage” Russia to attack members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that do not meet their financial obligations.

On the eve of a third year of war, the Ukrainian army, devastated by a fruitless counteroffensive, finds itself on the defensive, facing a frozen front and more numerous and better-armed Russians.

Therefore, according to him, we all have to prepare for the threat.

In the “Lietuvos ryto” TV show “An Hour with Valatka”, V. Malinionis explained how Lithuania would defend itself from V. Putin’s aggression even if some of its allies turned away, and what homework needs to be done today.

“On the table” – all options?

The head of “Ukraine House” in Vilnius, Viktors Chernyshuk, was asked in the program how Ukrainians themselves value the fact that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy dismissed the army chief, General Valery Zaluzhna, and considered that the mood in the war-torn country is generally very depressing at the moment.

“Buddies, friends, colleagues said that the mood has been bad for a long time. Of course, this is not specifically related to V. Zelenskius and V. Zalužn. This is what I was told: to maintain today’s situation, when we can firmly repel Russian aggression, an attack that is getting closer and closer to various important cities, there are three to five weeks left.

If America and Europe do not help, it will be very difficult”,

AMOC Current In Atlantic Ocean Could Potentially Collapse,…

The Potential Collapse of Gulf Stream Could Have Devastating Effects on Climate Dramatic Climate Changes

AMOC — the abbreviation means nothing to most people living along the eastern seaboard of the United States, the Maritimes in Canada, Greenland, Scandinavia, the UK, and Europe, but it is of critical importance to them. AMOC stands for the Atlantic meridional overturning current, a vast river in the Atlantic Ocean that transports heat from the Equator north along the East Coast of America before turning to the east at Cape Cod and Nova Scotia and heading toward the Arctic, then down the west coast of Europe and back down toward the Equator.

AMOC is better known as the Gulf Stream. To understand it, think of the cooling system in a conventional car. Coolant circulates throughout the engine, picking up heat from the cylinders. Then it travels to the radiator, where it is cooled before returning to the engine to be heated again. If the coolant stops flowing, the engine gets too hot and the radiator gets too cool. The car stops running and the driver is left stranded on the side of the road.

A water pump attached to the engine makes the coolant circulate in the car’s cooling system but what makes the water in the Gulf Stream move?
