The new public sharing feature enables users to share notebooks with anyone via a single link. This is particularly useful for sharing overviews of nonprofit projects,product manuals for businesses,or study guides for educational purposes.

Simple Sharing Process

The process for creating a public notebook is straightforward. Users can simply select the “Share” button located in the top-right corner of their notebook and then set the access to “Anyone with a link.” This generates a unique URL that can be distributed to anyone.

Viewers won’t be able to edit source content, but can still interact with a public notebook by asking questions or exploring generated content.

While viewers with the public link cannot alter the original source content, they retain the ability to interact with the notebook. this includes asking questions and exploring generated content such as audio overviews, frequently asked questions, and briefing documents.
