Foreign minister Espen Barth Eide announced the triumphant extraction of 14 Norwegian citizens, half of whom are children, from Gaza. The group was transported through the Kerem Shalom crossing into Israel,a route secured after intensive negotiations with both Israeli and Gazan authorities.

Journey to Norway: A Multi-Stage Evacuation
The evacuees are currently en route to Norway. after crossing into Israel, they were transported by bus to Jordan. The Norwegian embassy in Amman is providing support and coordinating their onward travel to Norway, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance upon arrival.
