The Japanese Nikkai index fell slightly today, Wednesday, affected by the declines of American stock futures, at a time when investors are waiting for more clarity on whether the fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran will stand up.
The Nikai index fell 0.1 percent to 38750.47 points by midday, after fluctuating between modest gains and losses.
The broader Topics index fell 0.34 percent to 2771.93.
