Special Prosecutors Report Fuels Controversy Over President Bidens…

Not prosecuting disclosure of confidential information, cover for “political personal attacks” by Ms Lee, which will fuel controversies over old age

The fallout from the special prosecutor’s report calling 81-year-old US President Joe Biden “an older man with a bad memory” is growing rapidly. This is because he has driven a wedge into the debate about President Biden’s old age.

In a report released on the 8th (local time), Special Prosecutor Robert Huh, who has been investigating the alleged leak of classified documents related to national security during President Biden’s vice presidency, identified the President’s recollection as the main reason, saying that indicting him would not be criminal. Even if President Biden is indicted, there is a high possibility that the jury at trial will judge him as “a well-meaning, sympathetic old man with a bad memory” and that he leaked the document in accidental. The report even included information that President Biden could not remember when his eldest son, Beau, died, which he especially valued.

President Biden responded angrily at a press conference, saying, “How dare you say something like that?” However, even here, he made the mistake of referring to Egyptian President Abdelfattah Sisi as the President of Mexico.

For the remaining nine defendants, the MP prosecutor requested a ban on contact, a ban on access to sports venues and periodic presentations to the authorities.

After the MP’s promotions, the lawyers for the 12 defendants presented their respective arguments, but the coercive measures will only be known on Wednesday afternoon, at 4 pm.

However, at the end of the afternoon, Fernando Madureira’s wife, Sandra, and five of the seven detained at the Bela Vista police station (Hugo Loureiro,
