New Management Revitalizes Roadside Restaurant in Donges

After 21 years managing two restaurants and a food truck in Morbihan, Céline and Stéphane Alix have passed the torch to their children and embarked on a new venture: revitalizing the Six-Croix road restaurant in Donges, loire-Atlantique. The couple is injecting fresh energy into the establishment, aiming to create a welcoming space for both locals and travelers.

A Fresh Start: Long Hours and Dedicated Service

The alix’s commitment is evident in their extended operating hours. We open in the morning from 5:30 am and close around 10 pm, says Céline Alix,as she expertly manages the coffee station,ensuring a steady flow of caffeine for early risers and late-night travelers alike.

Capacity and Amenities: Catering to All

The Six-Croix restaurant boasts a spacious dining area with seating for up to 142 patrons. Recognizing the needs of long-haul drivers, the restaurant also provides shower facilities, a valuable amenity for those on the road. The team consists of two chefs and three waitresses, along with Céline and Stéphane, who oversee operations and procurement.
