The homes already have the installation of sanitary fixtures, countertops and taps, while on the outside they are finishing the painting and coating details. Governor Claudio Poggi set the delivery for November 27.
The homes are 90% complete and are going through the final stretch of construction.
There are just a few weeks left and eight families from Arizona, in the provincial south, are counting the days until they receive the keys to their new homes. The units, corresponding to the ‘Progreso’ and ‘Sueños’ plans, are almost 90% complete and are going through the final stretch of their construction.
The Directorate of Architecture and Housing Works reported that the work is progressing according to the planned schedule. They are currently carrying out tasks of placing sanitary fixtures, kitchen counters and faucets, in addition to the electrical installation with wiring, outlets and lighting sockets. In parallel, they apply latex paint indoors and outdoors and in the next few days they will begin placing the colored revear coating that will give the final imprint to each home.

On October 8, Governor Claudio Poggi toured the homes together with the winning families and, during the visit, announced the official delivery for November 27, a date that will mark the beginning of a new stage for the neighbors.
