National Baseball Series: Return Date & Details

by Archynetys Sports Desk

After the postponement caused by the passage of Hurricane Melissa, the 64th National Baseball Series will resume next Tuesday, November 4.

As will be seen, the calendar has been rearranged to avoid initial actions in the provinces of Granma, Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo.

In this way, subseries number 11 will be brought forward, subseries 12 will be played later, and then 10 will resume.

Regarding the All-Star Game, assigned to Holguín, the decision is not to celebrate it, in order to prioritize the recovery of the regular calendar and not subject the province to demands of this type amid the current conditions.

We take this opportunity to recognize the enthusiasm with which its authorities embraced the designation of that territory, in line with the reasons that supported it.

We are also pleased to make public the satisfaction generated by the many expressions of solidarity with which our sport family has responded to the situation caused by the hurricane.

Below are the matches of the three rescheduled subseries (Always the first team at home):

Subseries 11 (November 4-9): Artemisa-Holguín, Industriales-Camagüey, Mayabeque-Granma, Cienfuegos-Guantánamo, Villa Clara-Pinar del Río, Sancti Spíritus-Santiago de Cuba, Ciego de Ávila-Isla de la Juventud, Las Tunas-Matanzas.
