Musafirkhana/Amethi Amrit Vichar. In Musafirkhana tehsil on Wednesday, advocates demonstrated strongly against Sub-District Magistrate (SDM) Abhinav Kannaujiya. The Advocates Association expressed anger accusing the SDM of misbehaving with the Association President and senior advocates.
Advocates Association President Ved Prakash Shukla alleged that orders are being passed by the SDM allegedly by taking bribes. He said that this type of conduct is against the honor of advocates and also harms the dignity of the judicial process.
During the demonstration, the advocates warned that unless SDM Abhinav Kannaujiya is removed from Musafirkhana, there will be a complete boycott of his court. The advocates raised slogans and demanded immediate action from the administration.
In the performance K.K. A large number of advocates including Singh, Anjani Mishra, Pawan Tiwari, Satish Singh, Rajan Singh, Rajeev Tiwari were present. Considering the seriousness of the situation, police force was deployed in the tehsil premises. Till the time of writing the news, no official statement had been issued by the administration in this matter.
