we took a good step forward in Austin. I felt good in the race and we got an excellent result,from 17th to 7th place on the grid. I think we can still progress this week in Qatar. Lusail is one of my favorite circuits, where we have experienced great performances in the past. I am therefore very curious to go and see how we will behave with the KTM. Bastianini and Viñales also delivered solid results,finishing fifth and tenth,respectively.Notably, Bastianini achieved the third-fastest time in Saturday’s qualifying sessions.

The Lusail International Circuit, located in the middle of the desert, is always a privileged place, especially when we run at night. It is a route that is generally suitable for our motorcycle and last season, a KTM rose on sprint and race podiums. Enea Bastianini and Maverick Viñales both arrive from Austin with a better feeling on the motorcycle. maverick qualified directly in Q2 for the first time of the season, and I am sure that without the grid problems, he would have finished close to the Top 5. Enea signed his best result in KTM and, above all, he feels better and more in control over the KTM.In addition, they both carried out important aerodynamic tests last week, which will certainly help them to gain speed.
