Japanese Minimalist Housing Project “Seion Tangerang” Launches in Indonesia
The mas Group partners with Fujiken Co.,Ltd. to bring eco-enduring and zen living to Tangerang Regency.
The property market in Tangerang Regency is experiencing a surge, with numerous developers focusing on modern, eco-friendly housing. A notable trend is the rise of Japanese minimalist-style homes, blending minimalist design with Japanese philosophical elements for aesthetic, functional, and open living spaces.
The Mas Group, in collaboration with Japanese property developer Fujiken co., Ltd., has launched the Seion Tangerang project in Tangerang regency through their joint venture, PT Mas Fujiken Indonesia. This residential project spans 5.5 hectares and is integrated into the larger 250-hectare Silk City project, which the Mas Group has been developing in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency, for several years.
According to Director of Mas Fujiken Indonesia, Suwandi Tio, the Seion Tangerang project will feature 350 units, all designed with a Japanese Minimalist aesthetic. “This first stage we open or market only 80 units. Interestingly, before the grand launching today has sold 20 units,” Suwandi said in his official statement received by detikcom Monday (1/9/2025).
Andi, as Suwandi Tio is known, explained that Seion tangerang aims to meet the growing demand for residences that prioritize eco-sustainable and zen living principles. The homes will incorporate bright technology and natural ventilation to ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.
