According to the site “Explain.rf”, Mikhail Mishustin signed decisions on the increase from September 1, 2025 of the size of the scholarships named after V. S. Chernomyrdin and E. M. Primakova. These scholarships receive the most successful and talented students of Russian universities, according to the Cabinet’s website.
So, from the new academic year of the scholarship named after V. S. Chernomyrdin, they have been increased from 1.5 thousand to 15 thousand rubles per month. The 10 best students of the Moscow Polytechnic University can apply for them.
The scholarships named after E. M. Primakov are intended for the 10 most successful students of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov and 10 students of MGIMO, especially distinguished in their studies. The size of these payments will also increase to 15 thousand rubles per month.
It is noted that the scholarships named after Chernomyrdin and Primakov were established in accordance with the decrees of the president.
