MIND ID Announces Management Changes Following AGM

JAKARTA – State-owned mining holding company MIND ID has approved changes to its management composition during its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGM) held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
Shareholders resolved to replace three directors and create three new director positions,according to details from the AGM.
Specifically, Aditya Kusumo was appointed as the Director of Finance and Investment, succeeding Akhmad Fazri. Kuswantoro Pranabudi was appointed as Director of Portfolio and Business Development, replacing Dilo Seno Widagdo. Moreover, firman Santyabudi replaced Nur Hidayat Udin as Director of Risk Management and HSE.
The AGM also decided to add three new director seats. Tedy Badrujaman was appointed as Director of Downstream Strategy and Mineral Ecosystem, while Pambudi Sunarsiahanto was appointed as Director of Corporate Conversion and Human Capital Management. Budi Santoso was appointed as Director of Mineral Resources Management Planning.
“The GMS agreed to raise these names as members of the Directors of the Company (persero) of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia,” MIND ID Management stated.
Maroef Sjamsoeddin remains the Managing Director of MIND ID, and Dany Amrul Ichdan continues to serve as the Deputy Director of the Company.
Previously, during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMSB) on Monday, march 3, 2025, the mining industry holding company also overhauled its board of management.
The Ministry of SOEs appointed Maroef Sjamsoeddin as Managing Director of MIND ID, replacing Hendi Prio Santoso.
Spokesperson for the Ministry of SOEs,Putri Violla,stated that changes in the President Director position are common and part of the dynamics,given the increasingly complex challenges faced by state-owned companies.
“We also provide an opportunity to someone who can make maximum contributions in leading the MIND ID,” she saeid.
Putri Violla noted that Maroef Sjamsoeddin was appointed due to his extensive experience and track record, including his tenure as President of PT Freeport Indonesia from 2015 to 2016.
“This change is a natural rotation in the BUMN body. From the side of the Ministry of SOEs, we provide full support to the elected President Director to be able to carry out their duties well,” concluded Putri.
