Mickey Rourke is looking for help paying his rent and is currently facing eviction. The 73-year-old actor owes $59,100 (£43,875) in rent on his Los Angeles home and is encouraging his social media followers to donate to a GoFundMe page titled “Support Mickey to Prevent Eviction.”

The comedian’s rent reportedly increased from $5,200 to $7,000 a month, and in December he received a three-day eviction notice. Documents obtained by the Daily Mail, which were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 29, 2025, indicated that he received the notice on December 18. The plaintiff, Eric T. Goldie, claimed that the star owed him $59,100 in unpaid rent. He reportedly began renting the three-bedroom home on March 30, when he signed a lease for $5,200 a month.
