In the letter signed by Deputy Governor Mehmet Bahattin Atçı, sent to the Provincial Directorate of Civil Society Relations, it was stated that “In order to provide financial support to the remaining spouses and children of police officers İlker Pehlivan, Yasin KOÇYİĞİT and Turgut KÜLÜNK, who were martyred in the operation against the terrorist organization DAESH on 29.12.2025 in our province; by opening a bank account throughout Turkey for three (3) months within the framework of the Aid Collection Law No. 2860.” “In order to collect cash aid, it has been deemed appropriate to grant the authority to collect aid to the responsible board members, consisting of Hayriye IŞIK, Hüseyin ŞANLI and Fatma AKTOPRAK MAPTAN, with the approval of the Governor’s Office dated 06.01.2026 and numbered 53157.”
