Your tasks:
Your mission: You act as a strategic sparring partner for our customers on an equal footing with management and departments.
You develop scalable marketing automation strategies in the B2B environment, design cross-channel customer journeys and combine business goals with technological excellence.

Strategic marketing automation and journey architecture
You develop holistic omni-channel strategies along complex B2B customer journeys.
- Conception of cross-channel journeys between marketing, sales, service and commerce
- Development of integrated campaign architectures for multi-stage B2B sales cycles
- Definition of trigger, event and interaction logic
- Development of structured lead nurturing concepts
- Designing scalable automation frameworksCommercial Data & Performance-Logik
You think about marketing automation from a business perspective – data-based and impact-oriented. - Development of segmentation and targeting logic
- Conception of lead scoring & grading models

Marketing-Automation-Expertise (B2B-Fokus)
- Several years of experience in marketing automation in the B2B environment
- In-depth experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo or Braze
- Understanding complex B2B customer journeys and multi-stage decision-making processes
- Ability to think strategically about automation and campaign logic
Commercial & Data Understanding
- Deep understanding of data models, segmentation logic and event structures
- Experience with lead scoring & grading systems
- Understanding of performance measurement, funnel logic and KPI systems
- Ability to consistently think about marketing automation architectures from a business impact perspective
Architecture & system expertise
- Experience in CRM, CDP and marketing automation setups
- Understanding of integration logic between marketing, sales and commerce
- Ability to strategically orchestrate business, IT and delivery
Strong communication and advice skills
- Very confident demeanor towards C-level and senior stakeholders
- Ability to address critical issues clearly and constructively
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

- Rewards:Bonus system for your personal and business successes. The salary for this position is between €60,000 and €75,000 gross/year (all-in). If we work together, we will create an individual offer for you. The specific compensation depends on your experience, your qualifications and the skills relevant to the position.
