Marc Le Pennec

Marc Le Pennec has been appointed Sales and Marketing Director of Orange Wholesale France since September 2025. A graduate of the University of Technology of Compiègne, where he trained as an engineer from 1985 to 1990, he began his career within the Environnement SA Group as a France & International Sales Engineer, a position he held for four years. In 1995, he joined Hydro-Environnement as General Manager of the subsidiary, before joining Orange Business Services in 2000, where he successively held the positions of Account Director then Sales Director. In 2011, he joined Orange as Director of Business and Local Authorities Midi-Pyrénées & Languedoc-Roussillon for four years, before becoming Director of Business and Local Authorities Île-de-France for more than three years, then Director of Customers Greater South East for an equivalent period. Since 2022, he has worked within Orange Wholesale France, first as Sales Director for almost three years, before being promoted in September 2025 to the position of Sales and Marketing Director.

Cyprien Seuzaret

Cyprien Seuzaret has been promoted to Marketing Excellence Director of Veepee since October 2025. Graduated with a Master’s degree in Web Marketing from ESSCA (2008-2013), he began his career at Mondelez International as Regional Sales Manager, a position he held for two years. In 2015, he joined Jacobs Douwe Egberts as Trade Marketing & Category Manager, a position he held until 2017. That same year, he joined Veepee, where he successively held several marketing management positions — notably in the Food, Operational and France areas. Since 2022, he has also supported companies as a coach and trainer, through individual and collective development programs. In October 2025, he was appointed Marketing Excellence Director of Veepee.

Rachel Horvelin has been appointed Head of Global Demand Generation at Omi since September 2025. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, European Studies and Diplomacy from La Salle University in 2004, then pursued a Masters in Arts, International Relations and Diplomacy at Schiller International University for one year. She began her career at goFluent, where she stayed for four years as Customer Relations Manager and Strategic Product Manager. She then joined the ADP group for two and a half years as Sales Support Program Manager. From 2013 to 2019, she joined Liferay, Inc. as a Field and Events Marketing Specialist, then joined goCardless, first as Senior Marketing Manager for two years, then as Lead Generation and Marketing Manager for Southern Europe for almost a year, before expanding her responsibilities to Europe and North America. In September 2025, she took up her position at Omi as Head of Global Demand Generation.

Ludovic Rostini has been appointed Worldwide Retail and Client Director of Kering since October 2025. A graduate of KEDGE Business School, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking (2004-2007) then a Master’s degree in Actuarial and Asset Management, he began his career at HSBC as Relationship Manager, a position he held for three years. He then joined Louis Vuitton, where he worked for six years: first as Manager of Customer Relations and Women’s Shoes, then as Sales Director for this same category. In 2016, he became Director of the Men’s Universe before taking on the role of Customer Relations Manager. In 2019, he joined Saint Laurent, where he worked for six years, first as Store Director, then as Global Experience Relations and Customer Director. Stéphane Caplier has been promoted to Director of Strategy, Offers, Marketing and Innovation for Communities at Veolia since July 2025. Holder of a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication obtained at the University of Lille (1995-2000), he began his career in 2002 as Executive Director of Créativallée, a position he held until 2016.
