The performance will take place Thursday January 8, 2026 at 8:30 p.m.at the Jean le Bleu Theater, Place Leinfelden in Manosque. On stage, a gallery of seemingly ordinary characters, all crossed by their flaws and their contradictions. Jonathan is a psychologist, but is worse than his patients. Nora is on the verge of depression. Jeanne does not understand why the illness strikes her despite a healthy life. Maxime dreams of love and is bored waiting for it to arrive. Timotée, for his part, writes the speeches of a deputy while fleeing his own commitments.
Through these intertwined trajectories, the piece explores with finesse and irony this universal question: how to be happy when everything is faltering? Between absurd situations, punchy dialogues and moments of lucidity, Rudy Milstein delivers a comedy that is both funny and deeply human.
Crowned by two Molières in 2024 (best comedy and best author), the play is carried by a dynamic cast, with Rudy Milstein, Nicolas Lumbreras, Erwan Téréné, Zoé Bruneau or Ariane Boumendil, and Baya Rehaz or Constance Carrelet alternating. The production is directed by Rudy Milstein and Nicolas Lumbreras.
Prices vary from 25 to 35 euros. Reservations and additional information are available on the Scènes de Haute-Provence website. A theatrical encounter that promises laughter, reflections and a good dose of self-mockery.
