Anji‘s mother, Siti Sundari, died. Behind the funeral procession, there was a touching moment when Anji gave encouragement to his son, Saga, who witnessed the entire process of his grandmother’s passing.

Anji revealed that Saga had been with him since the sad news first came. Even at that time, both of them were at home recording songs.

“So when I was told by mom… it wasn’t there, mom didn’t want to get up, I was recording with Saga at home. I was testing her new song Saga. And that’s why I immediately ran away, Saga followed, ‘Why Manji, why? Why Uti?’,” said Anji at TPU Mangun Jaya, Tambun, Bekasi Regency on Friday (27/3/2026).

According to Anji, this moment was Saga’s first experience in dealing with the loss of someone close to him.

Anji also revealed facts that made this loss feel even deeper. He, his mother and Saga have the same birthday and always celebrate it together every year.

This was also agreed by Minda or Wina Natalia, Anji’s ex-wife, who said that Saga’s presence was a birthday gift for Anji and her mother.

“So at that time I gave a gift to my mother and Manji. Saga was their gift,” said Wina Natalia.

Now, this birthday moment will feel different for Saga.

“So what Saga remembers is that starting this year we will celebrate the birthday of only the two of us, Manji, no longer the three of us,” continued Anji.

In the midst of sadness, Anji still tries to strengthen his son. He even whispered a touching message during the funeral procession.

“But he recorded it, he recorded it and he also said that he was sad. But he should have learned something. I mean I also said that this would definitely happen. And I also said, ‘Later Manji will also be like this’,” he said.

“‘And if for example Manji does leave this world, leaving you, if Manji goes first, then Manji will be there’. That’s what I whispered earlier,” he continued.

However, Anji saw that Saga was trying to be strong in facing the situation. But he said he didn’t know what his baby’s heart was like.

When asked directly, Saga briefly expressed his feelings.

“Very sad,” answered Saga.

He also remembers being close to his grandmother since childhood.

“My memories from when I was little were that I was quite close to Uti. I celebrated birthdays together, I liked visiting Bekasi,” said Saga.

Anji also added that this closeness can be seen from various moments together. Including when the mother was still accompanying her grandson.

“You like being massaged. And yesterday, when Uti died, you were recording your new song,” concluded Anji.
