The disturbing video, originally posted on Instagram and TikTok by a user known as Wolfie Kahletti, showed Smith spraying Hot Shot Ultra Bed Bug & Flea Killer on yams, lemons, chicken, and other food items.

While Kahletti later claimed to have thrown away all the contaminated produce, authorities are taking the situation seriously.

Charges and Investigation

Smith was booked into jail facing charges of introducing poison, criminal damage, endangerment, and theft. Mesa Police were able to identify Smith through investigation and the assistance of the Tempe Police Department.

Walmart’s Response
